We have the expert knowledge of products, equipment and surfaces to produce quality results, performed by a staff of professional, neat, organized, trained tradesmen, who truly care about their customers and their craft.

Staff: 8 Full-time painters, 1 Estimator, 1 Project Manager, 2 Office Staff, Multiple sub-contractors to lean on. All staff subject to criminal background checks, drug screening. Anyone that steps foot on your property has been fully vetted, ensuring they are experienced, qualified painters, adhere to industry standards and have been trained in all Bostic Painting policies and procedures.

Standards: All estimating, protection, prep, painting and coating, clean up and safety procedures strictly adhere to all Painting and Decorating Contractors of America Standards. Additionally, we have gone a step further and developed our own demanding standards for worksite appearance, cleanliness, organization, attitude and behavior.

Materials: Only high quality, name brand finishing products are used (Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, PPG). Continuous work with our vendors allows us to provide products at the lowest possible price based on volume discounts.

Project Management:  Full time project manager. Standard operating procedures for ensuring proper contract completion including color selection, task list, instructions and follow up. Proprietary mobile application to manage work force at remote sites giving them all the knowledge they need including real time updates for change orders.

Capabilities: Ability to complete large projects. High reach lift operation. Ability to acquire specialty products and equipment. Delivering against short lead times. Lead remediation.
